One Day is a daily affirmations app built to work entirely offline. This policy explains, plainly, what that means for your data.
Nothing. One Day has no server of its own, does not use analytics or crash-reporting tools, does not use advertising, and does not require an account. We never receive, see, or store any of your data anywhere.
Your favorited affirmations, any notes you attach to them, and your app preferences (reminder time, theme, text size) are stored locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage (iOS/Android app preferences). This data is never transmitted, backed up to a server we control, or shared with any third party. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
If you enable the daily reminder, One Day schedules local notifications directly on your device using the operating system's own notification scheduler. No notification content or scheduling data is sent to us or anyone else — it never leaves your device.
One Day offers an optional one-time "lifetime unlock" purchase. That purchase is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play's own payment system — we never see or receive your payment details, and no purchase or account information is sent to any server we operate, because we don't operate one. This is the only feature in the app that talks to a network at all, and it talks only to Apple/Google, never to us.
One Day does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Beyond local storage, notifications, and the store purchase above, the only OS-level feature it uses is the native share sheet, which is invoked only when you explicitly tap "Share" — and only shares the exact content you chose to share, to a destination you choose.
Since One Day collects no personal data from anyone, this applies equally to users of all ages, including children.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version adds an optional feature that involves data leaving your device — this page will be updated first, and the update will be reflected in the app's release notes.
